MSAB in brief

Melker Schörling AB (MSAB) origins from Melker Schörling's investment background which started by investing in Securitas in 1987. MSAB as a holding company was founded in 1999. In 2006 the company was listed on Nasdaq OMX Stockholm Large cap. In January 2018 MSAB was delisted.

MSAB is an active holding company which works for long-term industrial development. Currently, MSAB is a large shareholder in five publically listed companies, where all of them have a clear strategy and continued strong development potential. The largest holding is the measurement technology company Hexagon, where MSAB owns 24 % of the capital and 45 % of the votes.

By being a long-term and active owner MSAB will continue to support the holdings and add value for MSABs shareholders. MSAB is open to making new investments in listed as well as private companies with large development potential to continue to create value to MSAB's shareholders. This work will be done through sound business practice, engagement, dialogue and pronounced low cost profile.
